Nigerian energy ( oil, gas and solid minerals) industries.

currently recruiting for some positions which include:
1. Data Entry Assistant:
Specific Responsibilities; Facilitate a desk review including
collation, correction and updating of incomplete entries/
records and transfer into the electronic platform. Access,
Entry and clean data for baseline on surveys, routine data
collection, on-site data validation etc Enter quantitative
data on statistical software e.g SPSS. Provide regular and
daily feedback on completed task via e-mail Assist
program partners with real-time entry of project data into
electronic database Qualifications Minimum of HND or
B.Sc in Accounting or any other related field. Relevant
experience in -financial data management. Computer
literacy and excellent hands on experience with Microsoft
Office applications and any accounting software such as
Quick Books, Sage etc. and experience in working as a
data clerk in a Donor Funded project is a must.
QUALIFICATION: OND/its equivalent in computer science,
statistics and any other relevant discipline.
2. Technical Control engineer:
Brief Description of Duties:
Prepare comprehensive reports to identify, analyze and
monitor all assigned project costs, with the view to
facilitating completion of the project. Compile information
concerning unit cost and rates experience on the various
phases of contract for incorporation in the reference
material manuals for future estimates. Identify, schedule
and monitor procurement of the project construction
materials in accordance with requirements of work
program and specifications as defined in the contract.
Supervise and coordinate detailed compilation and
finalization of budget for the awarded projects based on
materials compiled by the Estimate Manager in the course
of tender preparation. This also involves comprehensive
discussion of draft budget and subsequent revisions of it,
with the designated Project Manager, his cost control
engineer and the Project Coordinator. Monitor
consumption trends and current stock levels of materials
in order to plan future requirements and replenish stocks
as necessary. In addition, monitor materials issues
against actual usage in order to determine the waste
factor and report findings to the Project Manager.
Organize, direct, plan, schedule and control all the
necessary resources to complete the job according to the
contractual obligations on time within the policies,
programs and budget.
Job Requirements:
B.sc/HND in any relevant engineering course

3. Human Resources Manager:
Job descriptions:
He is expected to perform the following: Develop HR
planning strategies with line managers by considering
immediate and long-term staff requirements. Recruit staff
by preparing job descriptions and job adverts to decide on
how best to advertise Shortlist applicants for interview'
Advise on pay and other issues, including promotion and
benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records
Interpret and advise on employment legislation; develop
and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues
eg disciplinary procedures, absence management, working
conditions, performance management and equal
opportunities Listen to grievances and implement
disciplinary procedures Analyse training needs in
conjunction with line managers; plan and deliver training,
including staff inductions.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT To be qualified for this
job, the applicant must possess a minimum of B.sc/HND
in Human Resources Management or Business
Administration or any other relevant discipline.
4. Project engineer:
Brief Description of Duties: Control and coordinate the
execution of the work package ensuring that work is
carried out in accordance with specifications and crafts
standards, specify working methods and interpret
specifications and formal drawings as necessary. Direct
the project work and exercise strict control over costs of
construction. Review any variation from the budget
expenditures and initiate remedial action as deemed
necessary. Preparation of work-in- progress reports and
Certificates of work done.
JOB REQUIREMENT: Bsc or HND in Civil Engineering,
Enviromental or any other related discipline. Only those

5. Financial/Cost Controller:
Brief Description of Duties:
Directs and control the financial activities of the Company.
Prepares reports which summarize and forecast Company
business activity and financial position in areas of income,
expenses and earnings based on past, present and
expected operations. Experience in accounting system
development, financial management, financial reporting
and setting-up internal financial policies and procedures.
Monitoring the implementation of accounting company
policies and procedures at Head Office and various sites
of the Company. Study and report any variances between
actual and budgeted expenditure, showing their effects on
the forecast final costs. Arranges for audits of company
accounts as well as supervise and support financial team
in the necessary preparations for the external audit
materials and financial reporting. Supervises and directs
subordinates in various financial statements, reports and
setting-up and implementation of cost centers.
JOB REQUIREMENT: Bsc or HND in Accounting, Banking
and Finance or any other related field. Only those who

6. Plant Manager:
Brief Description of Duties:
Overview the technical and managerial aspects of the
Plant Department, including those of the quarries, stores,
asphalt plants and batching plants. Coordinate the
functions, procurement and mobilization/demobilization of
Plant facilities and personnel for various projects. Provide
specialized expertise and advice to the areas of operations
on all related Plant aspects. Coordinate with the
Estimating Department for economic plant usage and
selection for various types of plant application. Job
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical
Engineering or any other related discipline.
7. Maintenance Manager:
Responsibilities:
The right candidate will be responsible for the following:
Provide functional, technical or process leadership.
Ensures that periodic and preventive maintenance are
appropriately scheduled and accomplished and that
emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are
readily available as needed. Monitors and continually
improves maintenance processes and maintenance
personnel performance to achieve enhanced levels of
efficiency. Manage the staff, processes and activities for
maintaining all plant machinery to ensure safe, continual
and efficient operation:
QUALIFICATION: OND or its equivalent in agricultural
science or any other related field. Application outside
Lagos state may not be considered except the applicant is
a Lagos resident.
8. Female Secretary:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Managing diaries and making appointments Booking
rooms and travel arrangements Preparing and distributing
papers and documents for meetings Taking minutes
Dealing with post Drafting letters and other documents,
such as PowerPoint presentations Maintaining filing
systems Answering the phone and answering queries
Photocopying and printing Using various computer
packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint QUALIFICATION:
OND, NCE, ND or equivalent in any field
9. Safety Officer (Operations):
Locations: Lagos and Ogun Responsibility Primarily the
above position carry out their activities individually taking
decisions in line with the company’s policies when
necessary to support operations in their department
respectively. Job Requirements HND/B.Sc in related
discipline with at least two years working experience.
Preferred Field of Study: Sciences, Management Sciences
and Engineering or it related field. Personal Qualities Must
be able to show confidentiality in company matters. Must
be a self-starter and self-motivated individual. Must have
effective communication skills. Must be detail-oriented

10. Sales Executives:
Job Description: Listening to customer requirements and
presenting appropriately to make a sale; Maintaining and
developing relationships with existing customers in person
and via telephone calls and emails; Responding to
incoming email and phone inquiries; Acting as a contact
between the company and its existing and potential
markets; Gathering market and customer information;
Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and
demonstrations; Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and
specifications with buyers; Challenging any objections
with a view to getting the customer to buy; Advising on
forthcoming product developments and discussing special
promotions; Liaising with suppliers to check the progress
of existing orders; Checking the quantities of goods on
display and in stock; Recording sales and order
information and sending copies to the sales office, or
entering figures into a computer system; Reviewing your
own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses
and requirements; Making accurate, rapid cost
calculations and providing customers with quotations;
Feeding future buying trends back to employers; Attending
team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
QUALIFICATION: B.sc or its equivalent is preferred. OND
or its euivalent may be accepted where there is adequate
experience and skills.
