To pre-register for the new Samsung galaxy s8 and s8+ you need to input the following on the provided field accordingly.
Your First Name: This should be your real name
Your Lastname: This should be your Surname
Your Email: On this field you need to add your email address in which they can use to reach you when necessary
Confirm your Email: To be sure that your email address is correct you need to re-enter your email address to ensure there is no mistake.
Mobile Number: In this regard you will need to provide your phone number they can use to reach you as well
