You should understand that
1. There are free hosting sites
2. Paid hosting sites.
Put in mind that a free web hoster we not serve u as a paid web host. in  choosing a host, u consider customer service first... we they offer me customer care service? should be the first thing u should not when choosing a host. But for the purpose of this references are made to free hosts.
List of some hosts
-www.nazuka.net
Now lets fire on
1. log on any of the  free hosting site amd signup... for this purpose lets use nazuka
2. Click Cpanel login and input your login detail information.
3. Click create new account, input ur desired e-mail, site name and password, fill in the capcha and click submit.
4. Log in ur email account and click the link to activate ur account. its usually takes 12hrs for ur nazuka account to get activate after clicking on ur link.
5. In ur CPanel  click on "SWitch Button" Pls write down the Domain and username. its usually in this format: ursite.nazuka.net or ur what u choosed during creation username: u2332965263....
6. Click on MySQL Database, note that ur database  name and username should not be more than five(5) Letters when filling in ur desired names and password... u should have somthing like this:
MySQL Database name: u2332965263_Loya
MySQL username:u2332965263_Loya
Password: Urdesiredpassword. when u fill in every every click the creat button.
