Dstv recorder 8s, boot up in progress, please wait and at 90% and starts again. It a new recorder never been used

I can't leave the installation wizard on my Dstv and i also can't complete. Function cannot be completed no signal.
And i did check my F type cables and dish

My HD Model 65 decoder starts rebooting the gets to a point where it displays
'Booting in progress , please wait' r A.....then it goes off. What is the issue?

My dstv explora is switching on and off. It shows "boot up in progress, please wait" message, then it switches off. And repeat that forever. Pls help

I am not sure but you can manually press and hold the power button for 8 seconds to force it to restart the whole processes.

My dstv decoder model 45 isn’t coming on, when I turn it off the red light on the decoder quickly goes on, same when i power it up the red light comes up and disappears. The decoder doesn’t load
