If you already have a domicilliary(dollar) account with GTBank, then getting a mastercard  dollar card is quite easy. It is neccessary to state here that your domiciliary account is not linked with the card. A seperate account is created for the card.

₹ 2 (Two) Referees,
₹ 1 (one) recent passport photograph,
₹ a recent Utility Bill,
₹ a copy of your Driver’s License or International Passport and,
₹ minimum opening balance of $50.

Find your way to a GTBank branch to fill the GTBank Dollar Debit MasterCard application form with an assurance of about $50 in your GTBank domiciliary account.

Alternatively, for an application form to be sent to you via emai, you need to make a request to youur bank. Fill and scan back to your GTBank account manager.

A default pin is made for the card but you MUST ensure you activate the card before changing the default PIN.  Once you get the card, activate it by calling GTCONNECT after which you can proceed to change the PIN.

Alternatively, you can just ask any customer care staff at the bank to direct you to where you can call card services for the activation of your card. Upon calling the GTBank card services rep, you will ask for your bank account number, date of birth, number of accounts on your GTBank profile, name of the last person that paid into your account and amount, the most recent payment you made on your account just to confirm your ownership of the account. You will be told to wait for some minutes before changing the PIN.
