My opvd is not showing any channels except channel 100.... I tried to factory reset it to no avail and I cnt use the sms platform because I'm outside of SA..... Please assist. My stb number is319179021232

Hi there. My decoder suddenly just stopped working, as in just went blank. Almost as if its not even connected. Need help please. Tried rebooting it, but nothing happened and is still off.

Decoder stuck on ovhd promo did try to factory reset does not work try installation on settings then get message lte device not detected but on help it says our decoder is activated ophd what's app no answer self help service also does not work decoder modkstb2143 stb num31 9047 5275 78
