With so many blogs around it is necessary that you take the extra initiative to make yours stand out from the rest. This may sound like an impossible task, but it is really not with the right dedication, focus, and a few hot tips. However, i have few tips to share with you to help you become productive in your blogging career.

I don't know how you intend to keep your blog update either daily or weekly but whatever the case might be, below are my guide on how to create a great blog post regularly and become authoritative in your niche.

Write the Right Way

Take a look for yourself and you will see just how many blogs there are out there. Pick a subject, any subject, and you better believe there’s a dozen, or many more, bloggers writing on the topic. This means you are likely to have a large amount of competition.   With an exceptionally written blog, you will get more attention than people writing poorly or hurriedly.

The people are coming to hear what you have to say regarding a particular topic, after all, and presenting this to them in a manner that entertains and inspires them will ensure that they will check out the rest of your blog and come back again later.  Here are a few ways that you can create exceptional blog posts. No matter the blog that you have, no matter the topic, each of these five tips are sure to benefit you in numerous ways if you apply them to your blog writing strategy.

Having the Knowledge

First of all you need to ensure that you are knowledgeable in the subject which you’ve selected to write about. It is easy to detect an amateur by reading the words they’ve written. You want to be seen as a professional, an expert in the subject that you are covering. Make sure that you know what you are talking about, and do research before you post any facts or information.

Your Tone Matters

Our second tip for writing an amazing blog is to carefully choose the tone of the blog. The wrong tone could throw an otherwise amazing piece off the path. Is this blog humorous or serious? If you write about a serious topic but make jokes, you might turn a lot of people away. Take into consideration the audience that you are targeting, as well as the reason they are reading your blog. Determine your goals for the blog, and use a tone that is appropriate.

Honesty and Integrity

You should always be yourself when you write, and this means being honest. Whenever you write, show the reader who you really are. Blogs that have been written honestly and candidly are the blogs that often see the most readership and the greatest results.

Keep your paragraphs Short

The latest trend these days is long articles as most blog believes but it will be real hard to read 2000 - 3000 words without navigating to another page or even close the page entirely but it depends on what you want an whats for you. If you can write highly engaging long content that serves a purpose then stick to 500 - 1000 words.

However, ensure that your paragraphs and posts are short and sweet. It is a fact that most people do not read an entire article, they simply skim through it to learn the information they need to know. Use subheadings to break up the content as well so readers can decide whether they want to read further or find the relevant part of the blog post quickly. Even if they’re not reading every word, if they like what they read, they’ll come back.

Originality and uniqueness matters

The final tip for writing a good blog post every time is to be original. As we mentioned earlier, you want the blog you create to present your topic well. You want people to look at you as someone who is an expert in the field, but there are many experts in every field. Make sure that you post only original material. Of course, it’s perfectly acceptable to quote other experts, bloggers, or sources, just be sure to credit the original source appropriately. Using copyrighted or material from another individual is a crime and not something you want to involve yourself in.
