To initiate such, start by launching your mobile banking app or platform. Log in or sign in to your mobile app or internet banking profile.
From there locate '

RA Smart Card Number” to
30333.
- Example, if your smartcard number is 0123456789, so text “RA 0123456789” to 30333.
Now, there are times your subscription had expired and you had been restricted to free channels. Upon renewal of subscription, most of your channels might still be missing. This can be solved by resetting your decoder and it takes no time.

Resetting your Dstv can be done in two ways: Via SMS and Via easy service. To start, be sure your decoder is switched on and your SmartCard inserted properly.
Reset via SMSAfter payment, message RESET followed by your SmartCard number to 30333. This option works on every phone network service in Nigeria. After a few minutes, your decoder should have been reset and your channels unscrambled.
