Pls my lumos is not charging. It's stop at 11percent and the green light is flunctuating.

pls i connect my sim card the one i used for calling with the lumons i used it for sub so now can i disconnect my sim card from using it for subscription because i no longer using it again pls help me .how which code will i dail ..

Try and subscribe for your Lumos and through the message you will receive they will tell you how many days you have paid for out of the 1800 days you are supposed to pay before you can own the solar system.

See the sample below:

Dear Mobile Electricity customer, your 1 days plan will be activated shortly. Please note: A minimum of 20 days must be credited monthly to avoid deductions from future payments. You have paid for 1300 days out of 1800 , each paid day gets you closer to own your Lumos system. For assistance, please call 180

Greenlight: Active and perfectly working.
Steady yellow light: Below 10% charged
Brinking Yellow light: Below 25% charged or low credit
Red light: No network coverage, Overload sign, No credit and not active.

Hello. My Yellow Box is Showing Overload Anytime I connect the Power inverter. I've unplugged Every appliances and its still Showing Overload. Please what Can I do.

The converter is faulty replace it

Try and pay even if it's one day plan and from the notification message you will see how many days you have paid out of 1800 days

Nothing will be giving to you, the only thing is that you will see on the solar display "Free for use" which means that you don't need to pay for subscription anymore.
