Kwankwaso tells Tinubu: Take care of your health 2023
Posted on: July 11, 2022, 08:19:04 AM
New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) presidential candidate Rabiu Kwankwaso has encouraged All Progressives Congress (APC) standard-bearer Bola Tinubu to take things easy.

Questions regarding the former Lagos state governor's health have been raised since he announced his desire to run for president. However, this hasn't stopped him from traveling the nation to meet with political leaders at all levels to discuss his presidential run. Tinubu should pay more care to his health, Kwankwaso remarked on Arise Television on Sunday.

Because he cares so much about Bola, he asked his friends to urge him to "take it easy," "take excellent care of his health," and "make sure he knows that I love him."

So, "This campaign is really demanding," says the narrator. For the sake of Nigeria's unity and prosperity, I pray that he would take it easy. Former Borno governor Kashim Shettima was already named as Tinubu's running partner.

Former Kano governor, when asked whether he felt threatened by Tinubu's decision, said that he liked the combination, but he was unsure of what they would accomplish differently from the existing government.

"My sole concern is the platform. I'm not familiar with this platform. Bola Tinubu is a wonderful guy; I know he's a strategist. I sat down with him so many times since 1992 because he was my best friend, he stated.

If only I could meet him and ask him what he would tell Nigerians about what he would do differently from what Muhammadu Buhari is now doing.

"That's a major reason why I'm worried about him. As a rule, if anything is above my ability to get, I can propose him, but it'll be like constructing a house from scratch.

You may say, "I wish him well whenever I have the chance," or, if he sees you before I do, "Tell him I wish him well."
