My name is GANIYU ADAM. I am one of your esteemed customers with smart card number 10405244459 and phone number 07030361650 with the above-mentioned name as my details with DStv.
However, I made a subscription of #4,100 for "DStv Family" since on Saturday, 16th of November,2019; and through the usual way on the internet (Vtpass.com) and it was successful but unfortunately, uptill this moment, my account has not been activated to the package paid for.
I've called all DStv listed customer service numbers just lIke before, but unfortunately this time, no access was granted to speak with a customer care representative and with some of the numbers no longer connecting at all. I also visited one of your stores at Diya Street, Ifako Gbagada, Lagos but was told there was no network and to come another day. I do not live anywhere near Gbagada and I am already frustrated with this.
I am therefore by this medium, appealing to you to please use your good offices to ensure that my account is activated for the package paid for as I and my entire family have not been granted access to watch the TV since disconnection. Please kindly help out.
