90 Lives lost in four days this needs to be Investigated
Posted on: June 03, 2015, 10:35:56 PM
We have lost 90 Lives so far in 4 days following what happened on Sunday at Uppa Iweka Onitsha Anambra state when a tanker laden with 33,000 litres of fuel suffered the same brake failure and rammed into a motor park at Upper Iweka, Onitsha, killing upto 70 persons.

Now another news of the same brake failure came again in Enugu state claiming not less than 20 lives that made it total of 90 lives lost, what an accident and lives lost.

The real question now is:

Should we see this as accident as it looks or should we look the other way round (Attack)?

The reasons for this question is:

“The tanker driver lost his break while descending the hill from Boromeo and Army Barracks end of the Onitsha-Enugu Expressway towards Upper Iweka.

“Instead of looking for a wide gutter to break his speed, he veered into a park, where commercial vehicles were taking on passengers. Most of the people that died were inside vehicles in the park.

Now you see my reason and the similar thing happened in Enugu:

"An eyewitness account revealed that a heavy duty truck suffered brake failure and Instead of looking for a wide gutter to break his speed he still rammed into two commercial buses filled with passengers."

"The accident came barely three days after a tanker laden with 33,000 litres of fuel suffered brake failure and rammed into a motor park at Upper Iweka, Onitsha, killing 69 persons."

Now i have proved my point though i don't accuse anybody or persons but questions need to be asked, the truck owners need to be ascertained, the drivers must be traced and all the necessary details must be ascertained to make sure that this is really An Accident.

Rest in peace to the dead and my condolences to the affected families and relations may God help us and protect us.

You comments will be appreciated
