The Nigerian Telecommunication giant Glo is one of the best Nigerian Telecommunication most especially when it comes to cheap data offers and more but unfortunately i noticed some irregularities since i started using them purposely because of their cheap data services and am writing this not to criticize them but to help them improve.1. Poor Customer care support
customer care service should be available 24/7 but when it comes glo network their own case is different because you might spend the whole day trying to get them and the most annoying thing is when you call 121 which is their customer care line and you get a respond that "all their customer care is currently attending to other customer try again later" the call will will be disconnected, sometimes you will equally get a responds like "You call cannot be completed at this moment goodbye" which is bad.
Other mobile operators such as MTN will not tell you that your call cannot be completed or that their customer care are busy attending to the customer and cut you off but their will keep you on till one of their agent is free to talk to you.2. Bad Network
The network problem is purely based on locations so you might be favoured while others might be effected, for last 3 days now Glo 3G Network disappeared while i have upto 10GB of data and when i try to call them i always run my battery down all in the name of call them, is either "All our agent is currently attending to other customers ahead of you try again later or you call cannot be completed at the moment goodbye"
Remember i wrote about Glo data plans are cheap but network is bad
and the same problem has not been fixed which is too bad for a big company like Glo.
