Thanks for the question but right now we are not looking for moderators, the only way to be a moderator for now is to create open a thread and request for moderator access and you will be allowed to moderate your own thread not other peoples thread for security reasons.

What we need and value most is contributors, people who create unique and helpful topics, comments to other peoples post when necessary and your consistency will be appreciated in so many ways.

We also have a plan to be rewarding our loyal followers and audience who contribute to move Xtremeloaded Forum forward on a monthly basis.
