MTN Nigeria and GLO telecom giant in Nigeria recently introduced their Fourth generation network called 4G Network in Nigeria.

it's the name given to the fourth generation of mobile networks, just as the previous generation is called 3G, 4G LTE aims to offer users faster, more reliable mobile broadband internet for devices like smartphones, tablets and laptops.

Now that you know what 4G is all about then you will equally understand the benefit such as more speed when browsing, best quality video calls and more unlike the third generation Network 3G.

I have not had about 4G network for any other telecommunication in Nigeria apart from MTN and GLO but am sure that other Network will follow soon.

Who can use 4G Network

Anyone with a Good smartphone, Tablets, Computers that has 4G capabilities will be able to use the new 4G LTE in Nigeria but the 4G LTE Network is not yet available to all states in Nigeria.

How Do I Check If My Device Is 4G Enabled
Ensure you are in a 4G enable area or Visit the nearest MTN or GLO store or any phone store near you to be sure the device supports Band 7 (2600mHz) You can checkout this list of 4G sported smartphones and tablets.
 
Note: To enjoy the 4G LTE Network on you Computer you must have a modem that has 4G enabled if not you will not be able to enjoy the 4G on your computer.
