Are you one of Gtbank users and always forgets how to transfer money to Gtabank  account or to other Bank in Nigeria using the Gtbank new short code (737)

With the help of Gtbank short-code 737 you will not only be able to transfer money to any bank in Nigeria but can equally do other transactions such as airtime recharge, checking your account balance and so much more.

You might be familiar with the Gtbank shortcode 737 but might not as well know how to use it and that is why i decided to show you how to transfer money to Gtbank to Gtbank or to other banks in Nigeria using 737.

Note:
Before i proceed i will like to let you know that every transaction you do using Gtbank 737 will attract a small service charge because i use it myself and they charge me 10 naira even when i check my balance so take not of any service charge that might have applied but still good compared to the stress of locating and going to Gtbank.

How to transfer money from Gtbank to Gtbank using 737
Now lets me show you the simple steps on how to transfer money using your phone but remember your phone number must be connected to your Gtbank account number you have for this to happen.

First Step:
The first process  is to dial *737*1*Amount*NUBAN Account No# using the phone you normally get alert with from Gtbank for example it must look like this *737*1*10000*1564835293#

Second Step:
You will need to have your debit card (MasterCard) around you to make this transaction successful because in this step you will need to add the last 4 digit number of your debit card to authorize the transaction.

Now once you have completed the above kindly wait for the transaction to complete and if it fails you need to wait for some minutes before you try again because sometimes they might debit you twice if you continue the process without being sure that your account is not debited.

How to transfer money from Gtbank to Other Banks in Nigeria using 737
Am sure you have learned how to transfer money from Gtbank to Gtbank now i will still show you how to transfer money from Getbank to any other bank in Nigeria such as Ecobank, First bank, Diamond bank, Union bank etc.

The process is almost the same thing you only need to change 1 which where added after *737* to 2 which indicates that the transaction is from Gtbank to other banks.

Example
Transfering From Gtbank to Gtbank code is *737*1*Amount*The account number you are sending to#
Tranfering to Gtbank to other banks code is *737*2*Amount*The account number you are sending to#

You see the different is 1 or 2.

First Step
Now that you want to transfer money from Gtbank to other Banks simply dial *737*2*Amount*NUBAN Account No# using the phone you normally get alert with from Gtbank for example it must look like this *737*2*10000*1564835293#
