Please I made a subscription to my lumos light and it has not activated and I try reaching customer care but there numbers are not connecting for weeks now

For the past Three day I have been trying to speak to a Lumos customer care service as regarding the recharge of my box , all available numbers are not going. I want to recharge and it's just no going, or else I will use the money for another thing, please respond to my email. Thanks
Call MTN with this 300 then ask the customer care to refer you to Lumos department. You can as well visit this page and send them a message regarding any issue that you are having.

Since when I travel out of Nigeria I always find it difficult to do subscriptions on my box . Can you please help me out now
Call Lumos and tell them to make your friends or family members phone number a temporary subscription number and they will be able to do it for you

How can I change my Lumos number
Call Lumos on +23417007390 or MTN and tell them that you want to change your phone number then they will give you a temporary access to your preferred phone number to enable you use it to subscribe for a certain period of time

My mtn lumos screen is blank but the system is on and even charging my phone .. I’ve tried to reboot it but same thing
What do I do

Press and hold the power button till the solar screen turns off, then power it on again by pressing the power button again. If the problem is not fixed then the LCD screen has a problem and you will need to inform Lumos or MTN about the problem.

If understand you correctly, you want reconnect your MTN Lumos solar system after you left it for some time.

Well, the rule is that you must at least use the Lumos for 20 days in a month which you failed to do. The option you have now is to gotl to this page https://www.xtremeloaded.com/13930/mtn-lumos-subscription-plans-updated-december-2022 find the subscription plan you want and follow the instructions to subscribe, if it fails to work after that then contact MTN or Lumos directly for more help.
