Phones / Infinix Hot 40 Pro Price in Nigeria + Full Review
« Last post by E-Collins on April 01, 2024, 11:00:01 AM »
Infinix Hot 40 Pro was released around December 5th, 2023 but I found it so amazing after I got it for myself. So I will tell you the current price of the phone in Nigeria along with a full review of the phone to decide whether to go for the phone or not.

Infinix Hot 40 Pro features a 6.78-inch display and 8GB RAM that can be extended to 16GB RAM with 256GB internal storage memory. The phone also has a triple 108 MP rear camera and a 32 MP front selfie camera. Other features include 5000 mAh battery capacity with 33W fast charging support, the Android 13 operating system, Mediatek Helio G99 chipset and Octa-core Processor.

Infinix Hot 40 Pro Price in Nigeria

For the sake of those who don't have much time to read this review, I will first list the price of the phone before discussing the features and functionalities. However, Infinix Hot 40 Pro didn't come alone, there are other Hot 40 series such as Infinix Hot 40, Hot 40i, and Hot 40 Pro Free Fire. Their current price as of 1st April 2024 is as follows:

Infinix Hot 40 Pro: N271,000
Infinix Hot 40: N224,999
Infinix Hot 40i 8GB RAM: 159,499. 4GB RAM: N131,999

How I got the prices

You might be interested to know whether the price of the Infinix Hot 40 series is correct or not. I got the price from the Infinix official store in Jumia Nigeria. In case you don't know, Infinix has their official store in Jumia that allows them to market their products directly.

What's New or Special about Infinix Hot 40 Pro?

Now that we are done with the price of the phone, let's find out what's new or what made the Hot 40 Pro special.

iPhone Look Design

Well, I don't see anything new on the Hot 40 Series apart from the 3-camera alignment at the back of the phone that looks exactly like an Apple iPhone 3 camera setup. Many other phones try to copy the iPhone camera setup but I can tell you that Infinix Hot 40 Pro is the closest match that most people will surely mistake for an iPhone.

However, apart from the camera positions, the phone is equipped with top-notch camera features that you can't ignore. Specifically, the Hot 40 Pro boasts a Triple 108 MP, 2 MP, and 0.08 MP camera along with a 32 MP front selfie camera. The improvements are channeled mostly on the camera of this phone.

Infinix Hot 30 VS Infinix Hot 40 Pro (Comparison)

Infinix Hot 40 Series is a successor to the Infinix Hot 30 Series and we are going to compare their features to see if there is any improvement or just repackaging.

I will be looking into the Hot 40 Pro and Hot 30, unfortunately, the Infinix Hot 30 Series doesn't come with the PRO version. So let's get started!

Both smartphones come with the same screen size of 6.78 inch IPS LCD with plastic body and flame, maintaining a 1080 x 2460 screen resolution. When it comes to design I give it to the Hot 40 Pro, it looks more premium and classy compared to the Hot 30.

When it comes to the camera, the Infinix Hot 40 Pro offers a triple 108 MP rear camera setup and 32 MP front camera compared to the Hot 30 dual 50 MP rear camera and 8 MP front camera. Infinix Hot 40 Pro is the best option if you care more about the quality of photos and videos you can get with your smartphone.

The operating system is the same Android 13 in both phones, the difference is the chipset, Hot 40 Pro comes with Mediatek Helio G99 while the Hot 30 has Mediatek MT6769H Helio G88. Both phones are clocked with Octa-core Processor and when it comes to performance the Hot 40 Pro is expected to perform better.

There is nothing special or different when it comes to battery and fast charging capabilities. They both come with the normal 5000 mAh with 33W fast charging. The memory size is also the same but you will have to choose between 128GB or 256GB in terms of storage capacity. As for the RAM they both offer 8GB that can be extended to 16GB with the help of the memory fusion technology that allows the phone to take a little part of the storage memory to support the random access memory (RAM).

The inclusion of XOS 13.5 based on Android 13 adds a layer of customization and optimization, enhancing the overall user experience.

Whether it's bright daylight or low-light conditions, the AI-powered camera algorithms optimize every shot for stunning results. The inclusion of features like Night Mode and Portrait Mode further expands the creative possibilities, allowing users to unleash their inner photographer.

Battery Life

Infinix knows the importance of staying connected in today's fast-paced world, which is why they've equipped the Hot 40 Pro with a massive 5000mAh battery. This powerhouse ensures all-day usage on a single charge, even with heavy usage patterns. Combined with intelligent power management features, such as AI Power Boost and Battery Lab, users can squeeze every last drop of juice out of their device without worrying about running out of power.
