Introducing the MTN Youth Empowerment Program for ICT and Business Proficiency, an innovative initiative with a focused objective: to empower emerging entrepreneurs aged 18 to 35. This transformative program seeks to arm them with technologically advanced competencies, enabling their small enterprises to thrive within the dynamic landscape of today's business world.
MTN's comprehensive training curriculum spans a concise yet impactful 5-week duration, meticulously designed as an online module. Within this framework, participants will have the privilege of engaging with masterclasses led by prominent figures within the industry.

To ensure a seamless and uninterrupted learning experience, participants will receive dedicated data allowances for the duration of the program. But that's not all; envision being among the elite 300 participants selected to receive an Equipment Grant with an astounding value of N90,000,000! Yes, you've read that correctly.

MTN's collaborative efforts alongside esteemed partners such as Oracle, KPMG, IBM, Digital Bridge Institute, CISCO, Google, Meta, and Microsoft have already spearheaded the success of five stages within the ICT and Business Skills Training across 16 states since 2018. These states encompass Abia, Adamawa, Akwa-Ibom, Anambra, Borno, Cross River, Imo, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kogi, Lagos, Nasarawa, Oyo, and Rivers. Notably, this initiative has already empowered 4,036 aspiring young minds.

Embarking on the sixth phase of this remarkable journey, MTN Nigeria is collaborating with industry giants Microsoft and Meta to bring you an enriched training experience. Brace yourself for an enlightening venture into Entrepreneurship in the Digital Age, ICT strategies for Business Success, as well as the intricacies of Generative AI skills, all courtesy of Microsoft. Furthermore, Meta will unlock the realm of Skills to Build Brands and Propel Businesses Online, facilitated through their Meta Boost for Small Business initiative.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age: You must be a Nigerian male or female within the age bracket 18 – 35 years old
2. Business: You must own and manage a small business that has been in operation for no longer than 2 years
3. Location: You must own and manage a small business located in one of the following states – Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Kebbi, Niger, Yobe state.
