I am experiencing issues logging into wwwDOTsltvproDOTcom /main/cust_login to activate my decoder (it is new and has not been activated). Must this be done by an agent and can you help?

Go to Metro digital website and then under the page you will see Whatsapp Icon, click on it and you will be redirected to Whatsapp where you will be able to chat with an agent that will activate it for you instantly.
