Hello, you need to be sure that the sim card is allowed to send messages on your phone in case you are using a phone that uses dual SIM. Make sure that you have some airtime credit and outside that, all the message center numbers shared here is correct but am not sure why you are unable to send SMS on your phone, Alternatively, you can call your mobile network provider, MTN, GLO or Airtel, etc.

Kindly follow the procedures above to solve the problem, also check to be sure that you have airtime and if you are using a phone with dual sim make sure you select the right SIM with airtime before sending your text message.

If I put my service number and press OK then when I go back to the same place I put the device number I will not see it
