Please I will like to know if I can make use of PHPBB to create a forum that will look like that of Xtremeloaded.com or it is better off using SMF?

If yes, can you give me an insight on how to go about it?

Bro using PHPBB or SMF to create this type of forum is not possible though you can find some guys who can play around with both SMF and PHPBB but it might not look exactly like this forum because this forum is a personalized custom php forum script which has nothing to do with PHPBB or SMF.
