To configure any Samsung Android phone for internet first wait to receive your browsing settings from your network operators such as  MTN, GLO, ETISALAT, AIRTEL and once you receive your settings then save it and activate it as your default settings.

To make some changes to you settings simply follow this steps:

Press menu button+Settings+Wireless and Network then below it you will see Mobile Networks
